1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password hash, role and security settings.
- Order data: service, links you submit, quantities, charges, status and refill or cancel requests.
- Payment data: amount, currency, method, transaction reference and status. Card or wallet details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
- Support data: tickets, messages and attachments you send.
- Technical data: IP address, country, browser, device signals, language and currency preferences, and security logs.
2. Why we use it
- To create and secure your account and provide orders (performance of contract).
- To confirm payments, prevent fraud, duplicate accounts and chargebacks (legitimate interest and legal obligation).
- To answer support requests and send service notifications.
- To improve the site and, only where you allow it, for analytics and advertising measurement.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data.
- Service suppliers receive only the link and quantity needed to deliver an order — never your name, email or balance.
- Payment providers receive what they need to process your payment.
- Hosting, email, error monitoring and security providers process data on our behalf.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
4. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention
- Account data: while your account is open.
- Order and payment records: up to 7 years for accounting, tax and anti-fraud purposes.
- Support tickets: up to 3 years after closure.
- Security logs: up to 12 months.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, optional two-step verification, role-based staff access and row-level database permissions. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact support from your account email. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
