Refill coverage: what 30 days actually means

Understand stated coverage, unknown durations and the limits of a refill request.

Availability and duration are different

Refill available means a service supports a refill request. It does not, by itself, tell you how long coverage lasts. A stated 30-day or 90-day refill period provides more information, but the full service description still determines the conditions.

Our catalog separates explicit durations from services whose duration is not stated. Duration labels reflect the information in the service listing, not an independent supplier guarantee.

Read the start point and exclusions

A service may define coverage from completion, delivery or another event. Check the description for the starting point, eligible drops and exclusions. Do not assume every drop qualifies or that a refill request will be approved immediately.

Lifetime refill is also subject to the supplier conditions written in the listing. It is not a promise that an account or a social platform will remain unchanged forever.

Request help with the order record

When an eligible order is completed, use its refill action where available. The supplier may review the request before starting work. If the action is unavailable or the outcome is disputed, contact support with the order ID and a clear description.

Never send your account password or API key with a support request. An order ID and the affected public link are usually enough to identify the order.
